1.The rolls of this machine is elliptical type rotor. The working surfaces of the rotor is made of welded wearable hard alloy. The working surface of the mixing chamber and the pressing ram device are experienced the treatment of hard chrome plating. Which is corrosion proof and has long service life.
2.Cycle channel structure is adopted to the rotor, pressing ram device and mixing chamber so as to realize the circulation of the heat transmission medium. According to the requirements of different production technology, we can heat or cool the materials by steaming or using cooling water .
3.The rotor adopts rolling bearing for support, so the maintenance work is convenient and the service life is long.
4.The transmission device adopts NGW hard tooth flank planet reducer, which has compact structure, low noise and high efficiency.
5.The pressing ram device can add pressure to the materials through air cylinder or oil cylinder, to force the materials mixing evently, upgrading the production efficiency, matching with the electric control, the pressing ram device can fulfill automatic pressuriziation, decompression and floating.
6.The electric control system can be handled manually and automatically and the operation is reliable and the change is convenient. We adopt ordinary apparatus and PLC programming control. The client can choose the way according to his own requirement.
7.The machine adopts rear feeding and hydraulic tilting device for discharging. So the operation steady and reliable. It is very concenient to clean the materials and change the colors.
