2. Shear rotor structure has two edges, four edges and six edges. The meshing rotor has a wide ridge and an involute-like meshing area, which improves the dispersion and cooling effect of plastic and improves the quality of rubber mixing.

3. The parts in contact with the rubber material are cooled by circulating water, which has a large cooling area, and can be equipped with a water temperature adjustment system, which can adjust the constant temperature to control the temperature of the rubber material to ensure the quality stability of the rubber material.

4. The control system adopts PLC, which has manual and automatic functions. Convenient switching, time and temperature control, perfect model detection, feedback and safety protection, more effective control of rubber mixing quality, shortening auxiliary time and reducing labor intensity.

5. Modular design is mainly composed of feeding device, machine body and base, which is suitable for different installation sites and convenient for maintenance.
